Negin Roberts is a highly accomplished attorney who has devoted her practice to aggressively pursuing the rights of clients who have suffered catastrophic loss, injury, and/or death. Known for her zealous advocacy and legal acumen, she has been named to the Texas Super Lawyers list, an achievement given to the top 5% of attorneys. She has also been named as one of the National Trial Lawyer’s Top 40 Under 40, as well as the National Women Trial Lawyer’s Top 25. Ms. Roberts specializes in complex commercial litigation in matters involving 18-wheeler/trucking collisions, premises liability, construction/workplace accidents, DWI accidents, motorcycle accidents, products liability, defamation, breach of contract, deceptive trade practices, residential/apartment building accidents, child abuse, animal attacks, legal malpractice, and/or insurance disputes.
A native Houstonian, Ms. Roberts moved to San Antonio due to a family member’s service in the Air Force. Since joining the firm in 2017, she has achieved numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements in cases involving contested liability or damages. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Roberts practiced at another prominent, nationally-recognized personal injury firm, where she worked alongside the firm’s senior litigation team to secure a $43.5 million verdict in a company-vehicle accident. She has also worked at various other civil litigation firms, and she has served as a judicial intern for Justice John Donovan at the Fourteenth Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas.
Ms. Roberts graduated with honors from South Texas College of Law, earning her Juris Doctor, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University. During her time in law school, Ms. Roberts held various leadership roles, including President and Founder of a minority organization and Mid-Law Senator of the Student Bar Association. She also served as an Associate Editor for the Corporate Counsel Review law journal, and she spent a summer studying law abroad in Prague, Czech Republic.
When she is not in the courtroom, Negin finds joy in exploring new destinations with her family and engaging in community services. Her love for travel enriches her understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives, enhancing her empathy and connectivity with clients from all walks of life.
